Del’s got a new album out, Funk Man (The Stimulus Package), and he’s giving it away for free in a number of formats including 320kbps MP3, two levels each of VBR MP3 and AAC, Ogg, FLAC, and Apple Lossless. You’ve got to give him your email address and subscribe to his mailing list, but you can unsubscribe anytime.

He told Billboard, “I know what’s going on. I’m not blind. I didn’t think enough people were actually going to buy it to warrant me doing a full-scale release. […] You ain’t gonna buy it. I know you ain’t gonna buy it. But you might listen to it if I give it to you.” Indeed, we might.
