Thanks mate! Although it seems a bit like you and the rest of the blokes here are hittin' the mother's ruin. Now enough of this fart-arsin' about with you propellerhheads! This bugger's off to the bluey sites for a bit of five knuckle shuffle.

Yeah. Dance lessons with John Travolta and a copy of "Saturday Night Fever" on DVD.

awsome, i love this song!

UK: Clair - Gilbert O'Sullivan
never heard this one!

Pretty cool, you were born the same week as me!

And no, I don't know the Gilbert O'Sullivan song either.

1972 was a pretty sketchy time for the Top 40. Not that our lives' theme song is much better. "Black Cat" by Janet Jackson? And I quote:

Black cat nine lives
Short days long nights
Livin on the edge
Not afraid to die
Heart beat real strong
But not for long
Better watch your step
Or youre gonna die

I don't know about you, Tim, but I was totally a womanizing gang-banger livin' on the edge back in the day.

Isn't whistling the melody to "The Hustle" for the rest of the day after you hear that song, prize enough?
I wish we could trade songs; there are some dandys being name here. Damn my pre-marital sex loving parents...

Winning the senescence prize is me, with "Go Away Little Girl" by Steve Lawrence.

Incidentally, as a tyke I had the Donny Osmond single of this. The Don also covered "I'm Your Puppet" on an album I had, and I just saw the writer, Dan Penn, sing it the other night.
