What's wrong with Shakira? Rick Rubin produced that album.

Coldplay's third album X&Y has rocketed to the top of the album chart and is on course to become one of the biggest sellers of all time. The sales performance of ``X&Y'' is being watched by financial analysts covering EMI, the world's third-largest music company and could potentially reach 13, 14, or 15 million by the end of the year.

It may be one of the biggest selling albums of all time but it certainly isn't the best.

Not entirely surprising. What is, however, sad is that people like Mariah Carey and R. Kelly are given second chances at success.

But at least the title doesn't contain the word "oral"!

Hetero pedophilia apparently isn't nearly as bad as homo pedophilia. Especially when the victim is poor and black and, more importantly, refuses to say anything to the cops.

I find it impossibly hilarious that R Kelly and Michael Jackson were filming the video for "One More Chance" (no shit, ha ha) together in Las Vegas when dozens the cops swarmed Neverland to serve the original search warrant back in November 2003.

Official numbers from Billboard/Soundscan:

Coldplay: 737,000
Black Eyed Peas: 291,000
White Stripes: 189,000 (Elephant has sold 1.7 million to date)
Shakira: 157,000

Hits' numbers were pretty close.
