in anticipation of the 25th anniversary of exile in guyville, matador is releasing a new box set titled girly-sound to guyville on vinyl and cd. It includes the full girly-sounds tapes remastered and put on vinyl for the first time. you can also buy the girly-sound tapes on cassette. i figured plenty of people on here would want to know if they don't already. I am super excited for this release and already pre-ordered it. I'm especially geeked about the remastered Girly Sound tapes.

Thanks, but i'm not reallly back. i haven't been on any message boards since '09. life struck a nasty blow to my health (in more ways than one) and i haven't been the same. however, when i saw the news about Girly-sound to Guyville i knew i had to post it on here for all the liz phair phans. i've already got my cd and vinyl pre-ordered as well.
