Early GNR Photos

August 2, 2007 Jake Brown Leave a comment

The Stone has a badass gallery of early photos of Gun N’ Roses taken by Marc Canter.

Axl Rose and Slash perform as Hollywood Rose at Madam Wong's East in Hollywood, California on June 28, 1984.

The above shot is from June 28, 1984, back when they called themselves Hollywood Rose. Gotta love Slash’s BC Rich.

Taken from the new book, Reckless Road and the Making of Appetite for Destruction.
