  1. that is actually. i wonder what it will do now that the actual cd is released. i also wonder what prince’s new record will do. and if it will chart. it’s coming out on a sunday after all.

  2. On their podcast last week Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot likened the new Decemberists album to Jethro Tull. While I haven’t heard it yet, the clips I’ve listened to really rock. Here’s hoping that their sales build from 19,000 in the weeks ahead. Clarkson must be vanquished!
