You might have heard Apple’s announcement that the Beatles sold 2 million songs and 450,000 albums in their first week on iTunes, but that’s worldwide. Here in the States, “album sales totaled 119,000 units [and] individual digital track sales reached 1.4 million.” Still…not too shabby.

• Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Nov. 21) totaled 8.12 million units

• Digital track sales this past week totaled 22.47 million downloads
