Spam comments on GLONO, POLJUNK, and OUT-ROUTE

I added a new
thing that's supposed to help cut back on the amount of spam comments we get throughout the GLONO empire. Hopefully it works because we get about 150 spam comments per day (no shit), and it sucks to have to deal with them.
But if you find anything weird, like you can't comment on an article, please let me know. Thanks.

I don't want to jinx it, but I think the new solution is working... Not one automated spam comment has gotten through since I hooked up the new thing.
