The site was compromised recently. Not sure how they got in, but they messed up some files, put some backdoors in place so they could run more bad stuff, and sent out a bunch of spam email. It's a pain in the ass to have to deal with this kind of thing, but hostrocket was super helpful, and I ended up installing a plugin that will hopefully prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future.
As always, please regularly run malware/virus scanners on your personal devices.
