He is the funniest thing on tv. I love him! I think he should run for president and Jon Stewart should be v.p., or the other way around...doesn't matter to me....Let's get them voted in!

Colbert lives in Montclair, NJ--the town next to where I live in Newark. He's a really nice guy who is a very strict family man. Nothing like the guy on the show. And that's the word.

By the way, since you live so close to the city, do you ever get to his show? I'd love to catch a live show. Have you ever seen him on "Strangers with Candy". In which he plays a married teacher who is having an affair with another male teacher. It's very odd, but funny. One more tidbit, did you know he was the voice of Ace on the ambiguosly gay duo from SNL? I'm not stalking him, I swear...

I am currently waiting to hear back about tickets. You e-mail someone (link is on comedycentral.com somewhere), you can only request up to 4. So hopefully I know soon if/when I have tickets.

Colbert is seriously all over the place. You can catch him on Harvey Birdman and and episode of Venture Brothers where they spoof the fantastic 4.

Y'know, it's funny you should mention that, beacause I am stalking him! Wow. Small world, I guess.
